Supporting young people learn about the countryside!

Here at Steve’s Leaves we’re proud to support the CPRE Hampshire Countryside Awards!

We’re proud to support the CPRE Hampshire Countryside Awards by sponsoring the ‘Young Persons’ category.

The award recognises projects involving young people, which connect people to the countryside and use landscape, environmental and rural issues as an opportunity for learning.

A big congratulations to this year's winners, the ‘Learning Through Our Grounds’ project, by Kings Worthy Primary School in Winchester! And a big pat on the back to Patrick’s Patch at Fairweather’s Garden Centre, who were a worthy runner up.

We had a great night celebrating all of the finalists and enjoyed serving up some of our naughty-but-nice watercress brownies at the awards reception! Every year we are amazed by the quality of the entries and look forward to working with CPRE Hampshire on next year’s awards. Well done to everyone involved!
