Steve knows everyone loves a good British pie, and to celebrate British pie week, he's created a delicious Peashoot purée to partner your pie! Easy to make, minimal effort and super tasty!! Serves 1 in 5 mins

WHAT TO PUT IN

1 bag of Pea Shoots & Baby Leaves
50g low fat natural yoghurt
40g light mayonaise

WHAT TO DO

Whizz everything up in a food processor (or a pestle and mortar) till it looks green and gorgeous!

Make sure to have a big dollop of it with your pie!
